PMP® Boot Camp


Course Description:


PMP® Boot Camp is a complete program which focuses in delivering a world class project management education experience for project management practitioners. With increasing demands for professionalism in the execution of projects, it is imperative to understand and implement the best practices in project management to meet the demands set by the organization.  PMP® certification not only proves your skills and knowledge on the subject but also helps you improve performance as well as efficiency in your project team.

This intensive program dramatically matures the project management and leadership skills of the candidates, while preparing them to pass the PMP® exam. 

Our Boot Camp has proved itself as a very effective training program, focusing on imparting practical project management tools and techniques.  The program is supplemented by interactive lectures, review sessions, and hands on exercises employing latest techniques in accelerated learning methods. 

A comprehensive set of deliverables sets it apart and makes it a unique program.  The workbook is based on the PMBOK® Guide, encompassing all the project management knowledge areas and processes.

Certification track:

To apply for the PMP® Credential, you need to have either:
  • A four-year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.

    OR
  • A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.

About the Examination:
