CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management


Course Description:

The  Certified Associate in Project Management is a globally recognized certification from PMI®, designed specifically for entry level project management professionals. Achieving this certification proves that you have the skills required to be a valuable member of a productive project management team.

Our three day program is essential for professionals preparing for the CAPM® Certification. For anyone seeking a career in project management, this course provides the essential skills required to get into the game.  It is aligned with PMBOK® Guide Fourth Edition, which is today a de-facto standard across organizations irrespective of any industry. It includes study guides, practice exams and case studies which will help you prepare for your CAPM ®Certification test.

This course is ideal for professionals who aim to become efficient project managers and will qualify them to become excellent project team members.  Attendees will understand the role of team members in a project environment and learn techniques for effective communication and collaboration. Taught by experienced, PMP® certified instructors, the course's learning strategies include a combination of lectures, case studies and white papers and real life industry specific examples to break down complex project management concepts into simple practices to be adopted by project resources.
