Vaishali Joshi Mehta​
Director

Vaishali Joshi Mehta undertook her Post Graduate degree in Anthropology from Punjab University, Chandigarh. She pursed her one year diploma in Computers also from Chandigarh.

Vaishali has been in the industry since 1993, holding numerous positions as a Faculty, Cabin Crew, Operations manager, Account manager Teacher trainer, Administrator and an Entrepreneur. Vaishali has over 24 years of experience in education, Training, Content development and Administration. Her current role is as an Entrepreneur where she manages Tipping Point Advisory Services focusing on the delivery of Soft Skills.

Vaishali started her Career with NIIT as a Faculty and moved on to other companies like Modiluft, Vadehra Builders, Apna-Ghar, Swedish Chamber of Commerce amongst others before starting with exclusive soft skills training. Besides soft skills training, Vaishali also specializes in Planning and management, Research analysis and reporting and Communications.

Vaishali has delivered numerous training's in the area of Team Building, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Communications, Train the Trainer amongst others. Vaishali possess an insatiable appetite for knowledge; strong leadership skills, positive & optimistic approach; and is a life-long learner.
